Hands on Training

Get up to speed fast, and learn all the new features in these hands-on training seminars featuring the CowCalf5 Computerized Herd Record and Analysis System. CowCalf5 incorporates all aspects of management, performance, production, grazing, and health records into an easy to use windows software program.

These seminars cover all aspects of the program, including:

Navigating CowCalf5
Entering Data
Creating Reports
Customizing CowCalf5
Searching and Sorting Records
Promoting calves
Importing and Exporting Data
Integrating your records with a PDA

Register early as space is limited to 24 participants. A minimum of 7 participants is required per seminar. Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the class.

Since a limited number of computers will be available, you are encouraged to bring a portable computer. You are also encouraged to bring your own herd data.
